Steve: I suspect that professor Robertson would agree that apomediation – as with any other kind of advice – when there is no financial (or other) conflict of interest.

Andro: Thanks for the suggestion. The model looks somewhat similar to CPMC, albeit in a slightly different population. Very interesting and, again, very glad to see empirical work on this topic.
